We have a strict anti-party stance, and all of our properties conform to a maximum of two guests per bedroom +1. We don’t permit events, though we do permit guests to have a few friends / family over to visit, with prior approval and agreement to our rules.

We use Minut monitoring devices both inside & outside each property, we have 24/7 external cameras, and we pre-screen unvetted guests via questions and / or background verifications by Safely.

We have maximum occupancy for each of our properties, and we expect our guests to abide by these rules, or they are subject to immediate eviction. If guests are being loud / disrespectful, we take action. A vast majority of the time, guests immediately quite down when alerted. If they don’t, we follow up with phone calls, site visits, and potential eviction.

We understand that while guests are on vacation, our neighbors may have to go to work in the morning.
